Our film series for adults continues on Monday, November 28 at 2:00pm in the library's community meeting rooms. The library will show the film White Christmas (1954). The film series will continue every fourth Monday of the month at 2:00pm.

White Christmas is a 1954 American musical film directed by Michael Curtiz and starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney, and Vera-Ellen. Filmed in Technicolor, it features the songs of Irving Berlin, including a new version of the title song, "White Christmas," introduced by Crosby in the 1942 film Holiday Inn.

Join our film critic, Tom LaVille, for a great discussion after the movie, as well as free popcorn and lemonade. This event is free and open to the public, aged 18 and over. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Marshalltown Public Library.
