The Marshalltown Public Library will hold a flower origami workshop on Saturday, April 12 at 2:00pm in the library’s community meeting rooms, presented by Emily Mallory of Emily’s Papercrafts.

A free origami workshop perfect for spring! Kids 8 years or older or school-aged kids with a parent or caregiver can learn how to make paper flowers from Emily of Emily's Papercrafts.

The library Board of Trustees meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. in Community Meeting Room B. The public is welcome to attend.

Jeff Bremer, author of A New History of Iowa, will give a presentation at the Marshalltown Public Library on Sunday, April 27 at 2:00pm. The presentation will be in the library's community meeting rooms.
