The Birds (1963)

Our film series for adults continues on Monday, November 25 at 2:00pm in the library's community meeting rooms. The library will show the film The Birds (1963). The film series will continue every fourth Monday of the month at 2:00pm.

The Birds is an apocalyptic, allegorical thriller centers on an avian assault on a California coastal town, where ferocious fowl fall upon a chicken farmer, a schoolyard full of children and a socialite.

Join our film critic, Tom LaVille, for a great discussion after the movie, as well as free popcorn and lemonade. This event is free and open to the public, aged 18 and over. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Marshalltown Public Library.
