Event Details
PRE-REGISTER: This special event for school-aged kids will feature book recommendations for cat-lovers, kitten or cat collage-making, and a chance to bring a donation to the ARL. And best of all: kittens! We'll play with and cuddle adoptable kittens and cats. This program requires pre-registration; space is limited for this program. Children younger than 8 need to have a caregiver remain in the building. Older kids may be dropped off for the program. Families with children too young for the program are welcome to bring their older (registered kids) for the program, and play in the youth area with younger kids.
Younger children (with their caregivers) and adults are welcome to stop by and see the cats and kittens during an Open House anytime from from noon to 2 pm.
Our donation box for the ARL will be available at the library for the month of January for those who'd like to drop off. Here are high need items: Cat food for adult cats and pate for kittens, dog food (wet and dry), litter of any kind, garbage bags, detergent, soap, gloves, cleaning supplies, toys, treats, pill pockets, bags from sandwich size to gallon size.
