The Marshalltown Public Library will hold a cookbook sale from Monday, September 26 through Monday, October 3 in front of the library’s Check-Out Desk, during the library’s open hours. The library is open Monday through Friday, 9am-7pm and Saturday through Sunday, 1pm-5pm.
The sale will include books about many cooking topics--different diets, cuisines, and types of cooking represented. The books will be priced from $1-$5.
All proceeds from the sale go to the Friends of the Marshalltown Public Library and will be used to purchase new materials of all types and for all ages. Cash, check and credit card will be accepted as payment. If you would like to donate books for the sale, please bring them to the library's Check-Out Desk during open hours.
