Celebrate Encanto by learning a little bit about Colombia, the home of the Family Madrigal. Guest Valentina Mercado will share a little bit about her Colombian heritage and kids will enjoy hands-on activities of making paper flowers, and making and decorating magic doors they can eat! This program is free and pre-registration is required by Thursday, March 2 (please call the library after that to check for space 641-754-5738, ext. 3.)
At the event, we'll also draw names for two winners of pairs of tickets to see the Grammy-award-winning music duo, 123 Andres, for their bilingual family concert in Des Moines on Saturday, March 4 at 11 am!
