Week Calendar

Join us for storytime in the Blue Room, followed by playtime. Storytime includes few stories, songs, and movement activities, followed by a chance to play with imaginative toys, like our doll house, castle, and kitchen set.

Bring your friends and family and join us for this holiday tradition. The trains are being presented by members of the Central Iowa Modular Train Display group. 

Library staff will take half hour appointments to answer questions or assist with personal devices. Appointments will be available every Thursday from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

Play Day in the Blue Activity room offers kids the chance for imaginative play with the castle, kitchen set, dollhouse, big legos, playsets, and more. Stop in for unplugged fun.

Hugo Kringle, Santa's little brother, is coming to the Marshalltown Library. Hugo sings Santa holiday songs and tells funny , interactive stories of growing up with the boy who will become Santa Claus.

Youth ages 8 and older are invited to stop by the large meeting room to connect with other Pokémon fans. Battle with others (or learn how to play, if needed), trading permitted (with coordinator approval). 

Bring your friends and family and join us for a Christmas Dulcimer Concert with musician Mike Anderson. This concert will be in the Marshalltown Public Library Community Room.
