Event Details
Train* Storytime, including fingerplays, songs, and stories, will be offered at 10:30 am. Storytime during the school year is geared toward 2-4 year olds with a caregiver, but all ages of kids, from babies through older siblings are welcome to attend.
No pre-registration is needed for families or groups of fewer than 8 kids; preschools or other organizations wanting to bring a group to storytime are asked to call ahead to the youth desk at 641-754-5738, ext. 3 to check for options.
*A 2nd chance for a train storytime will be offered on Sunday, December 15 at 2 pm, to coincide with our annual weekend of model train exhibits in the large meeting room. Stop by to see the trains anytime on Friday, 5-6:30, Saturday, 1-4:30, or Sunday, 1-3:30.
