The library will hold a western book sale from Monday, August 1 through Monday, August 8 in front of the library’s Check-Out Desk, during the library’s open hours. The library is open Monday through Friday, 9am-7pm and Saturday through Sunday, 1pm-5pm.
The book sale will include both regular print and large type western books. Books will be priced from 50 cents to $1.
All proceeds from the sale go to the Friends of the Marshalltown Public Library and will be used to purchase new materials of all types and for all ages. Cash, check and credit card will be accepted as payment.
