The library will hold a Bee Bookish book sale in the lobby of the Marshalltown Public Library on Saturday, July 30 from 10:00am-12:00pm in conjunction with the Bee Ridiculous Days event downtown.
Books will be available for children and for adults—including bestsellers, mysteries, romances and historical fiction. A selection of nonfiction books will be available as well—including inspirational, self-help, cookbooks, history, biographies and more! The books will be priced from 50 cents to $5.
All proceeds from the sale go to the Friends of the Marshalltown Public Library and will be used to purchase new materials of all types and for all ages. Cash, check and credit card will be accepted as payment.
Donations of materials for the sale are gladly accepted at the library’s Check-Out Desk during the library’s open hours.
